The Helpline is manned between 10am and 10pm 7 days a week by recovered addicts who will assist you in finding a meeting or just talk with you. If you think you have a problem with any mind altering substance please call the Helpline:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. When you ring our helpline, your phone number is stored on our telephonic service partners database, which is password protected and only accessible to the chair and vice chair. Your phone number will be automatically deleted after 3 years.

Phone volunteers who take your call will only have your personal information, if you choose to share this with them. If you consent to your personal information being shared, they will keep this information for 7 days, after which they will shred paper evidence or delete information off their phone unless you express permission for them to keep it longer.

Limited data, such as general location and reason for call, is held in a cloud based database.
